CCD Couriers

I Specifically ask for a call to arrange delivery... NONE was Received. I then Get a SMS that the delivery is a few minutes away THANKS for the HEADS UP!! I am 1 (ONE) minute away from where I need to collect my delivery. I asked for whomever was there to give me a call when it gets there which I received. As I pull into the driveway, the Courier drove off. apparently he was arrogant and refused to wait. I called CCD Couriers Immediately and was informed that the driver would be there after 12:00... at 12:45 I called CCD and they said I have to reschedule!!

I then try to get help from FNB Online Help, and they tell me I must get my card from the Branch, I went to 2 Branches previously and they are aware of the Easy Zero account but that's all. I then call FNB directly and I'm informed that the Branch can issue me a card!! I am so confused - Head office says the branch does know and the Branch says they don't know!! GET YOUR STAFF TRAINED!!! and use a professional COURIER.
