CCD courier do not deliver your cards!

I was notified about my new card delivery on 29/10 the message said "CCD couriers will contact you to schedule a delivery". 5 weeks later my card was not delivered yet.... Even after numerous calls to the courier and also went to the branch which called the courier again, they say we will call you back and they never do. Why do you need a courier to deliver the bank cards??? Just send them to the branch and we will come to collect!!!! You partnered with a Courier that DO NOT DELIVER and their service is non existent!
