CCD COURIER DELIVERY OF CARDS

On several occasions now I have requests the Premier Suite banking section to make a note on my profile that all new bank cards are to be delivered to FNB Walmer Park branch in Port Elizabeth. I am still getting calls from CCD couriers asking where they must deliver my cards, these were supposed to have reached the branch 3 weeks ago?<br> <br> I upgraded to the Private Client banking option only to be told at Durban airport that my accounts dont qualify for the lounge access??? Is FNB using falls advertising to get more money from their clients on upgrade of accounts.<br> <br> Im very annoyed, please sort this out!
