CCD Courier bad choice in delivery by FNB

CCD Courier a comedy of errors from FNB courier of choice ...????<br> Cant believe getting a card delivered in this day and a age would have been so stressful<br> From Bernitha who heads up the call centre and not return calls to Hanna Griessel who is the account manager at CCD for FNB. the long and the short is if the MD of this company realy cares then they need to listen to all calls i had with them including the one from Bernitha excepting her agent gave me the wrong info. She went so far as agreeing that i should just cancel my relationship with FNB.
