Does anyone know what this CBS LEGAL account is about? It just popped up on my banking profile and I paid off the amount due with interest as I had a temporary loan back in 2018 with FNB. Now I’m trying to get it closed and I’ve been on the phone for over two hours. Being sent from pillar to post and given new references all the time
