CBS legal account not removed. FNB are ****s

This bank really doesn't honor there commitments to there customers. This is my 3rd complaint I have logged on Hello Peter and it seems I only get a repsonse back from FNB after complaining on here, why should I complain in orde to get feedback. On the 3rd July 2024, I logged a complaint stating that there is a CBS legal account on my personal banking profile which is generating interest every month/ daily and has not been removed from my profile. This is an old account opened back in 2015 and this debt is prescribed debt. This error is affecting my ITC record and I want this removed form my profile, Please escalate this and resolve this issue, my unresolved complaint Reference is ***NF
