CBS Legal Account

I Have been fighting with CBS Legal and FNB for 3 years now trying to resolve this account that is still incurring interest charges. First it was a personal loan, then an overdraft and then a savings account.. But no one can provide me with any agreement where I have signed for it. This is now negatively affecting my ITC report and any loan applications I am doing. I have spoken to an requested assistance at every department including the ***** department and have still not been assisted.
