I have logged a complaint due to *****ulent activities happening in my account and no one has called me back. I have been over looked at the branches when I query certain transaction in my account and the current balance that is always sky high. *****sters are changing numbers and no one cares when I raise the issue, I have blocked digital banking however, there are log in credentials I don't know .I was told there was a sim swap done but ***** is not taking the issue serious. FNB, I need help ASAP. WHY are you ignoring me?There is no sense of urgency to resolve this problem . Is there someone at FNB doing this on purpose on my account?
