Cate At FNB Has Excellent Service

I have had multiple complaints about this organisation over the years... which means I should also compliment them when a staff member has done an excelllent job.

My family and I went into their New Market branch to open an account for our child and the branch was full. A lady by the name Cate, came to our rescue, put us in her office and assisted us so diligently that she also helped with my business account. She was knowleagable, kind and very eloquent. A great service experience indeed. Thank you Cate.
