Catch a wake up FNB

First National need to catch a wake up. I opened a business account in September 2018. Surly the consultant at Woodbridge should have made sure all documents were completed. Yesterday 21/3/2019 my account was put on hold because there was a mandate outstanding. When I phoned business department they put me through to the fica department who asked me if I did not get any messages asking me to fill in the forms. They said they were going to mail me and also advised me if I go to a branch it will be quicker and will activate my account again. Well I went to the Brooklyn Mall branch where the consultant did everything and could not activate my account. She phoned and was holding on for more than 25 minutes together with me on my cell phone. I had to leave as I am staying in Kempton Park. In the parking area I phoned again and was holding on from Pretoria through traffic to Kempton park without anyone answering. It was just after 5 so they closed and I am left without any help. To get to a manager is like looking for a needle in a Haystack. Today is a public holiday and I have to wait for tomorrow before I can get any money to pay my Creditors. Close the branches if they cant even do a simple thing like this. I have been with FNB since 1996 as a staff member and since us old staff left Fnb went for a dive. Staff taking their time or like yesterday after 3 quickly leave to go shopping at Clicks while we have to sit for more than 20min to be assisted. Maybe get the old staff back and we will show you customer service.
