CASHSEND REVERSAL COMPLAIN (FNB BANK )

On the 27th of November at 11:49.i made a transaction from my fnb account to my nedbank account using the PAYSHAP option .I Transferred R900 to my nedbank account called cause the money did not get through even today i have not received my money .Then i was emailed the reversal form i did fill everything then got an email message saying i wont be able to get my money because of the payshap option i chose .Then last friday called again the guy said he will label my problem as ****** .I am very ****ed at fnb in such way that i want to close the account .Its a month now waiting for my money that was supposed to come through my own account ,i feel undermined so much by Fnb and i have realized that fnb bank is not realible .i feel ****med especially because they do not even explain what happened to my money clearly it has disappeared and even worse it did not even get to nedbank .i want money back that is it .My contact numbers ***
