CASHHANDLING FEE

Good day<br> <br> last month i went in to fnb branch to withdraw some cash in side at that moment i didn't notice anything , it was a shock for me when i check my statement that there is R280-50 CASH HANDLING FEE that bank charged me when i call 087 number the lady i spoke to told me that on 1st of July there was a new pricing , now i asked her how did this happen because i didn't get any communication like sms r email or even a letter stating those price changes this lady she keeps on saying she is sure that they sent me sms its when i asked her nicely that she must show me the proof, after few days i receive a call from a lady by name Brenda Alexander saying fnb only give r send sinior citizen the communication about the pricing and everything. my question to fnb is simple why do we provide banks with our contact information (fica) if there is no communication between us. because if i knew that if i withdraw 17000 inside i will pay 280.50 cashhandling fee i was not going to do that COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY Fnb # MUST PAYBACK MY 280-50 PLEASE HAYI KABI
