Cashflow relief Disaster

I app**** for a cashflow relief fund. It was approved and they send me all the details. I then realize this was not for me as the interest was ridiculous and I didn't want to make debt. So I went on the App (That is how I got it) I requested that they cancelled it. The guy said I needed to mail it to the mail address he provided. So I did that, after 2 months I saw a payment was made to my Credit card, I queried it and they said it was from the Cashflow relief fund. I was confused because I cancelled it. So I queried it on chat, on the phone on mail and all they say to me is they will revert it to the admin desk and they will come back to me. NOTHING no one contacted me. Then a month later I see that more money went off. So I queried it AGAIN! This time they paid my mortgage with it, my husband always pay the mortgage and had a cashflow relief fund for that (And there was enough money in there to pay for it) But FNB wanted to make sure that I also have debt so that they can also get interest from me. I called them I mailed them I went on chat again they said the are reverting it to the Admin desk and the will get back to me. NOTHING!! Then they called me the next month to ask if I wanted to settle the cashflow relief fund! So I asked again why didn't they cancelled it and again they would send it to the Admin desk that will get back to me. So up to now NOTHING!!! I just need to pay back the fund that they just spend as they pleased and no onw assist or help or give me an alternative for why they didn't cancel my cashflow relief fund.
