cash withdrawal ..while I have my card with me.

on the 25th of June,I was at wrk ...later after knocking off I opened my app wanted to send my sister some cash,I noticed the amount of 2000 frm my acc which I don't knw about,to my surprise the description says card machine withdrawal how can such happens while im hvng my card with me I reported the matter it ws under investigation ok they give back the feed that says the can't be able to refund as the card ws in my position n its pin based ,I opened the case frm saps for further investigation the case ws closed they refered me back to the bank .I ask n request to knw the atm location of that transaction n the footage of a person behind the withdrawal evn today im going in n out of kolonate branch I can't b assisted ,they only log the calls to ***** department of which I wil speak to all most 5 to 6 consultant saying let me put through the right department. .I want to know where did my 2000 go n I need a proof n a footage form the atm ...or please refund my money,ive been with fnb from2006 is this how u ***** our money ??I need advice where to go from here
