Cash reversal that was made with "payXshap"

Afternoon ,i am writing to you guy's for the 3rd time today regarding my money that i have not received at FNB BANK ,Same cash i have complained about they is still no explanation or a call .only got messages that they got my complain but nothing positive from Such a big company .I still want my money cant just lose money from the bank and just leave it like that and it means our salaries are also not safe with this Bank .
