Cash relief loans

I have struggled now for the past 3 weeks to clear a problem on the cash relief covid loans. i have settled the principal debt but its not reflecting on the covid cash relief loan. Nobody understand the problem because the principal debt is not on my profile anymore and they think i made the full loan on the cash relief loan. I have send through the proof off payments but they keep on telling me i paid it to a different account . Its impossible to talk to a manager. I have visit the Branch where about they understood my problem and lodge a complain on my behalf. The complaint was attended to but we are right back at where i started. I have ask for senior manager contact info but with no results.
