Cash not dispensed at ATM - FNB not contactable for assistance!

We had to run around looking for a working ATM during loadshedding at a garage and found an ABSA Cash Express at Engen Garage (Engen Kempgen Convenience) at the Corner of Voortrekker and Central Avenue in Kempton Park. This was not dispensing cash after checking we saw that our account had been debited but the amount was not dispensed. We subsequently had to go to another garage to try and withdraw cash.

So far it has been a terrible experience trying to resolve issue of money withdrawn not being dispensed at the ATM. This is still not resolved with no clear way of rectifying the problem.
