Cash health plan from fnb

I subscribed to their health cash plan.. was told that I would be covered immediately from my 1st debit.. I fell ill in July 2024.. I spent 5 days in hospital . the plan suppose to pay me R3000 per day in hospital.. they already by now had deducted 3 debitss of R380 from my account.. .. I forwarded a claim once u was out and better took them 2 weeks to assess.. then declined saying there us a waiting period of 3 months .. they are big ****mers.. be very careful when buying any of their products.. all these ******* in big suits rip us all off.. I cancelled the policy and told them to put the decline letter where the sun don't shine.. dont buy any products or schemes from them.. I am going to close allnmy accounts with them also.. I am so annoyed..
