Cash flow relief with FNB is a very big ****mmmmm!!! 17 years of banking with FNB I am moving.

I am very disappointed in FNB, I took the cash flow relief during COVID my debts amount to R 3, 869.58 and FNB pays out R 17 475.93 which I never had access to or spend.

Kindly please tell me how FNB got about to the 17K calculations ?

If FNB is covering debts relating to FNB amounting to R 3869.58 in total for 3 months ( R 3869.58* 3 = R 11, 608.74) how then is the balance owing R 17 475.39? If I take that R 11, 608.74 and multiply it by the worst case scenario of interest rate of 27% I get ( R 11, 608.74 * 27% = R 3, 134) in total I would expect R 14 743.09 so why the large amount of R 17k?? and why is there interest on the amount if I pay a monthly fee of Consumer protection plan? why 27% of interest if the president announced a rate change ? Why is there interest if it is a cash flow relief ? interest on a policy too like really ?

I don't think this is right, FNB took advantage of its customers during a very trying time. I am very disappointed in FNB and will be going to another bank. After 17years of banking with FNB I am moving!
