Cash flow relief

Fnb has offered me a cash flow relief COVID19 loan for my debit orders and didn't want to give a payment holiday, I have requested fnb to cancel this loan since 15 April, with emails and phone calls, I told them I will have money in my account for all my debit orders, yet they decided to ignore my request and now my debit orders has gone off from that loan, they just don't care about me, they rather see another way to make money out of me
