Cash Deposit to Wrong account
I deposited money into a wrong account . I visited an FNB branch and the lady told me there is nothing they can do . I asked the lady to contact the owner of the account and they said they couldn’t . This is a lot of money FNB . I am sooo disappointed. By now you should have a solution to such matters . I am sooo disappointed!

20 Jul 2021, 09:36Feedback , thanks to FNB Montague Gardens which helped me get my money back after 3 weeks . I hope the bank is working on how one can reverse cash deposits just like EFT
