Cash Deposit not reflecting Paarl !!!

Bad experience , did a cash deposit for one of my suppliers for R5000 at Fnb Paarl, lady grey street, till today nothing in her account, please help me with this, did all the paperwork but still not sorted. Over 1 month now, and supplier, is a fnb client,
