Cash back

I've called FNB to enquire regarding the premium cash back, because I have fully paid the 36 months premiums and I'm supposed to get 6months cash back premiums, they are telling me stories that I need to pay 37 months premiums that's when I will get the cash back, what the hell, I'm not happy at all. Because that is not what is being advertised on the app.
