My bank card got cloned and got ****med 1667.93,I opened a case and got a case number.I waited the 7days and now it’s been 18 days of waiting no response from FNB,I went to the branch and the told me to call the ***** department and they didn’t pick up I was on hold for 30 min till I left without answers,I called them again on my phone but no answer,called for the third time today and it’s a dead end,even on Their app they don’t help out
I never got anyone to assist me officially

17 Feb 2024, 12:32I got an email saying that I’ll get an agent to contact me within 24 hours and I still haven’t heard anything from them,this is un acceptable ,I was told 7days I’ll get feedback but nothing now I wait again for a call,this is so unacceptable
