***** case unfairly handled

During the festive season I had a tragedy. I withdrew money on the most trusted FNB ATM, around 8 in the morning at a BP garage. Later in the day around 4:22 I realized there were transactions in my account, I quickly moved the money to my linked fnb account . I reported the matter to fnb 24/7 ***** department. I informed the lady I spoke to that I couldn't see the transactions because there was no network on my phone. After the investigation I was told that my case was rejected. Apparently fnb assumes I approved the transactions which I don't know anything about. I am very disappointed with the treatment I got. The money was reserved for my son's school and uniforms in January 2024.
