***** case opened no details or feedback from FNB

I have been on the phone for days and no one can help me, my account is under investigation for ***** but no one ever calls me back and when I call the ***** lines they tell me to hold and cut the call , I cant even put fuel in my cart go to work because they have frozen my account and inconvenienced me. Please just sort this out so I can close my account and move to another bank its getting ridiculous now. Case number is ***
