***** Case on FNB App reference number 2025-306 725

Good day, I approved a transaction on 9 April 2025 on the FNB app of R159 but instead of this amount going off, the bank processed an amount of R3133. I immediately logged a ***** case and blocked my debit card. I contacted bank today and was told that request was declined but I reminded them that the amount that I had to approve was R159 which means that something could be wrong with their system
