With reference to my case reported in February 2026. Case Number: ***. I was duly informed by FNB ***** Unit that according to their investigation, it shows that a Samsung A55 was to make the *****ulent transaction in the amount of R650. Although I submitted an affidavit indicating to them that I did make this transaction, I am still being accused of doing so. In my defense, I have a Samsung A55 and yes i use it to pay my accounts. What alarms me the most is that they can not proof that my phone was used. I want now the following: What Model Name of the phone was used? What is the Serial Number of the phone used? What is the IMEI 1 Number was used? What is the IMEI 2 Number was used? What is the IP Address of the phone used to make this *****ulent transaction?

I confirm that it was Not Phone used for this transaction.
