My Daughter is Somila Ncanywa ID NUMBER: ***cell number:***I had to beg FNB for a response. The response disputed my daughter's claim without asking her for any proof. Please consider that there is information that proves that she blocked her account and this should be taken into account when dealing with her case.
Given that she followed due process to stop the card and secure her accounts, I do not understand why she's being held accountable for these transactions. Kindly conduct a thorough further investigation into this matter.Please advise on the next steps and how this issue will be resolved in light of the information provided.
