***** case no feedback

On the 20 of April my dad Mr Mashudu Robert Munyai was ****med an amount of 4378 someone called him and pretended to be from fnb account *** on the 22nd he went to Soshanguve Crossing to repert the matter then it was referred to fnb ***** department. I ***** case was opened but since my dad hasn't received any feedback unfortunately he went yesterday to call and check on the progress and he stayed fir 3 hours in the bank being transferred to one consultant to another others hanging up.. He is an old man and he got tired and eventually left the branch kindly assist on this matter as we have no hope anymore because the peoe who are supposed to help are the one ignoring his calls.. *** Mr Mashudu Robert Munyai
