***** Case Mishandled

A couple of weeks ago i lodge a ***** case with FNB. I was on holiday when noticed 2 transactions being made on my account for a betway purchase which i didn't even receive an OTP for. So this purchase immediately left my account without my authority . I would not have noticed this if it wasn't for me making a purchase at the spar and noticing my balance didn't make sense. They worked on my case for 2 weeks and told me that VISA rejected my refund and said the transaction was authorized. FNB has been pathetic this is not the first time they have cases rejected due their incompetence as a bank. I have had the worst experience with them. I'm sure FNB can see if i have been sent a OTP!!!!!!! I demand you guy re-look into this and refund my money that was wrongly taken out of my account . I will make my way to an FNB branch and wait till i get my money back no employee will leave till my money is refunded!!!!!!
