***** case logged on 6th of Jan. To date, no update from investigator. He ignores my calls and emails.

I opened a ***** case on the 6th of January 2024.

Since then, the only communication I received from the investigator was on 29 January, when he was requesting for the SAPS case number which I provided, and all other required details.

Since then, I have called numerous times and sent multiple emails to the investigator asking for a progress update on the case. He doesn’t respond to my emails, and he is always unavailable to speak with me when I call the ***** call centre. I don’t know what else I need to do to get an update on this case. The fnb case number is ***.

Today I called again, and he told the call centre agent to inform me that he will call me back, which he didn’t do. I think this is so unprofessional and rude.
