***** case ignored

A few months ago someone committed ***** on my account. I reported it immediately. FNB disputed my ***** claim and I called them to follow up because the people who committed the ***** stole all the money that was in my bank account. I have called multiple times without a solution and I went to a physical FNB branch with no help at all. This is totally unacceptable. It has been months and still no help has been given to me. :(
