***** Case from FNB Thohoyandou Continues 260549

Hi I am incredibly devastated by what has been done with my mother's case instead of resolving the matter like you promised you would R1325,21 was deducted from her account with the Reference 149045 Sanky Mathole from FNB called on *** several times saying you are trying to resolve the matter. You refunded her an adjustment and deducted even more money from her account. This is getting worse, my mother's limited money is getting cleaned from her account and we are not getting any resolutions from this bank when your employees committed this ***** and took advantage of an elderly pensioner. I am not going to let this go
