***** case - don't waste your time

Debit card ***** case ***. R11K debited to my business account 29 April 2024. No approval via the app. Reported immediately. The only way I can get any form of feedback is waiting forever on Secure Chat. Was told this morning by Bronwyn that the case was closed out on the 16th of May and a letter was emailed to me. I never received this and requested it be emailed again today. Email address verified with Bronwyn. Was told I would receive the letter within the next hour. 3 Hours later and STILL nothing. It's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone on the telephone
