***** case

I reported ***** on the 30-12-2023 there were transactions totaling R 6,800.00, processed from my debit card without my authorization. After the investigation I was told that they will not refund my money into my bank account. Reason is I authorized the transaction, and an OTP was sent to my number which is not true. I'm very disappointed Ineed my money bank. I want moving to another bank and will also transfer my bond to another bank. This is a terrible bank. Please be aware people. And take note FNB is a **** bank.
