***** case closed without a valid reason

I logged a ***** case twice and each time the cae was closed due to induficient documentation being received. As far as I am concerned I have provided all the documentation, however the person invrstigating my case closes my case without even phoning me to see what exactly I am still missing. I am honestly considering whether I should change banks !!!
