Case closed with insufficient Information

I opened a case last month 27 February 2017. Money was taken out of my account without me knowing so. This is because at the Dobsonville branch I was told that FNB has a problem with sending withdrawall notifications to its customers. Since the 27th, no one has called me from FNB, I always have to follow up with their investigations.

Friday 10 March 2017 I was sent a letter dated 07 March 2017 that they cannot refund my money because my pin, card and chip were used to withdraw the money. However they cannot verify the branch/location of the atm that was used.

Today when I was doing a follow up with the complaints department, a new case had to be opened with the same lady I spoke to last week by the name of Fionna.

I am not happy with the overall service I have received from FNB. How do I open a case with the police when I have insufficient information, when the very same bank that I trust with my money cannot help me. A gentleman from the ***** department by the name of Danesh Garach was also unhelpful, rude and screaming in my ears as I was trying to explain to him that how it came about me being unaware about the transactions that took place with my card that I do not know of.
