Saturday morning I woke up to *****ulent transactions notifications from my account. I immediately reported to the bank. Received case number however, transactions were not reversed despite still pending. Monday morning I phoned my banker & he said I must wait for 7 days. I pleaded for reversal as transactions were still pending however he insinuated that I could have done transactions myself. Today is day 5 no feedback no update nothing, the payments cleared yesterday. Now account is overdrawn. I'm hurt & disappointed by my banker for no interest to assist, the ***** team for no updates.

I would like to thank Hellopeter for the help. It is sad that one has to go to media to get good service/help. My transactions were reversed after hellopeter however, I asked for investigation report from my banker. My banker is not responding to my emails. I want to know how the money was ******. Why I didn't get in-app approval? Is the bank official involved? How should I feel safe if I don't know what happened. Again all charges related to the transaction should be reversed.
