If there was a half star definitely FNB deserve it. It been 3 weeks since i opened a ***** case and they don't bother with giving you any feedback and when you call customer agent that's the worst. You will wait for hours for them to pick up your call. from were i was i thought FNB was the best bank by far but now that i know they are the worst in providing services.
