***** case

Received a text stating that a ***** case had been opened on the 6th fo January 2025, the very next day they said they are busy with case. On the very day case was closed and they terminated their business relationship with me. I went to the branch three times gave me the contact if the investigation officer since then been trying to contact with no success. I even escalated the with with no luck. The branch i went to said they couldn't assist me. I've no idea what so ever what's happening. They never indicated what happened except they intercepted an email with my account number under a company name of which I don't even know. Have sent many emails and calls to find out exactly what's happening to no avail.
