***** Case

I can't not believe how *********** FNB has become. Quick and good to sell you products. But protecting clients with ***** dismally Fails. I have a ***** case launched and ***** department promised that it is sorted,no transactions will go through but after weeks of an going case, on my pay day lost 70% of my salary, taking time to reverse my money back,while dealing with that yesterday other transactions reflected. I'm always told it's sorted your money will reflect back to your account. I am so exhausted of this Bank. They are useless and messing up with me. I deal with a lot of people in that ***** department,all saying different things that don't even happen. So confused and frustrated. I can't wait to close these account and leave this Bank for good!!
