Case - 405963 - money **********ly taken from my account
On the 7th April 2018 at around 13:10pm I got an sms notification that R3400 was reserved for Kelkof Holding Pty. I am 8 months pregnant and was just relaxing and resting when this transaction happened( the bank card was in my possession) . It took me over an hour to get through the ***** line and had spent over R100 worth of airtime . I then went to jabulani ATM and withdraw R2500 that was remaining as I was not getting any help. I later got hold of a lady who assisted in blocking the card and logging a case for investigation , I had initially told her that I have been on the line for long yet she placed me on hold for more than 9 min . The line got cut off as I run out of airtime and she never bothered to call me back . Sunday the 8th I went to Clearwater branch to follow up , I found out that the case was never logged and she wrote on the system that “LINE GOT CUT OFF”. I have also logged a complaint on line and till to day no one has responded .
It is day 3 and no communication from the bank , I am left stranded and not getting any help . I have trusted FNB with my money and want it back ASAP. I had reserved the money for my urgent personal needs , I have blood test that I need to pay for etc and for crying out loud i do not need such stress in my condition….
Please get back to me ASAP via email and only on my cell ********** 004 .
