***** case ***

I'm very unhappy with the way FNB handled my ***** case. *** , my was taken off my without my consent, now they tell me that the case is closed, no explanation of the findings, nothing at all.

I don't feel taken serious and valued at a client, why is the case closed when my money is still missing?
