Good day
I just have had it with fnb, I was asked to fill in a form for a refund now I have been sent around since Friday. from banking to digital to card ***** to ***** to debit card ***** still no one is helping with what is taking to so long on the refund. have not received my refund no one getting g back to me , I don't know what is going with fnb

I have been a very loyal banker at fnb but clearly, the bank doesn’t care. Having been treated as a fool I have reached to a point where I have had enough. I’m moving my service elsewhere clearly no customer service then I will move to a banker that clearly cares My banker T hector has never contacted me, nor tried to follow up never even spoken to him but he is my private banker and Semakaleng Ramela from Retail Service Recovery said she will contact me still nothing and she will escalate it to her manager still nothing. So I’m the flip-pen idiot here Just had please get someone to close everything I have with fnb from cheque to business, insurance, and investment I’m moving
