Case no: *** I have been begging and pleading to FNB to complete my case for me a month ago. below is the email I got from FNB on the 2023-02-09 @ 09:20am (read below)

It is now the 29/3/23 and I still have not heard from FNB on my case. Please can someone capable of doing the job please let me know when I can be refunded and the case closed?

"Good day, We just received feedback from Capitec bank. A request has been sent to our QA department to prepare document with recovery information for client to sign in order to process a refund. Kind Regards, Thando"
