CAREFNB

Through difficult times I finally manage to pay all my debt. I am trying for the last two months to get a paid-up letter from FNB to clear my record with ITC. I overpaid on my premium overdraft account because my request for a settlement amount fell on deaf ears. My account is blocked, and I am unable to access my money. I complain many times without success with reference numbers, which means absolutely nothing. Today the complaints department again referred me to their recovery department. The phone rings forever, and then the calls get dropped. CAREFNB. I am so frustrated and feel that FNB is holding me hostage. I need my record cleared with ITC to move on with my life. Please help
