Cards not working

Client FNB for a very long time. All this years the same problem. A month ago all my visa cards (business and private) stop working for overseas transactions. After 5 days calls and 12 times talk to a different consultant I find out that bank doesn't have enough documents from my side. So why not call me or send an email? Why should I waste my time and pay them to service my money? Okay...I sent them all relevant docs...and cards still not working. And no response, no emails, no calls from FNB. And during this month I loosing my business.
