Cardless withdrawal not working, branch staff clueless
I’ve tried twice today to do cardless withdrawal at different ATM’s but the PIN number is not coming through to my cell. Went into Tygervalley branch to find assistance but all I found was confusion. Staff didn’t even know what cardless cash withdrawal was. I’m still without cash and really irritated. Waste of time.
