Cardless Withdrawal left me still moneyless

On the 19th of January I did a cardless withdrawal for R 300 at an FNB atm situated by Spar Brackenhurst. No money came out, when I withdrew the cash!!! I have been sent from pillar to post, even had phones dropped on my ear with no one willing to own my query. Last straw was when I went to Mall of the south branch and I was told to go to a branch near the atm I withdrew from, I understand it's a mere R300 but it is my money and I want it back....get ur cameras to check what transpired....everyone I spoke to kept on saying \but the money was released"which is bull dust as I am not disputing money being released but am disputing me having not received the money.."""
